As such, we offer several distinct levels of Confidentiality Assurance to deliver discreet and personalized service to all parties. Our firm offers Comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements, Limited Disclosure Agreements, Pre-Approval Disclosure Status, Qualified Disclosure and Flex. These levels are organized to assure your confidentiality and provide security to all parties. The capacity to change status as required, also offers other benefits to both clients and candidates alike and can reduce the search time line.

Our Confidentiality Assurance Levels are Defined Below:

Comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements

Standard Legally Binding Comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement

Limited Disclosure Agreements

Limits Disclosure to Pre-approved contacts predetermined client or candidate prior to engagement and can be crafted to be legally binding.

Pre-Approval Disclosure Status

Limits Disclosure to Pre-approval of each contact on a case by case basis during the engagement and is not legally binding.

Qualified Disclosure

Limits confidentiality to pre-determined search criteria and relevant “need to know” contacts at the discretion of the consulting agent during the engagement and is not legally binding.

Flex

Limits confidentiality to relevant search contacts at the discretion of the consulting agent to facilitate placement during the engagement and is not legally binding. This status assumes a high sense of urgency for immediate assistance and serves to prioritize the search need as Pressing. Pressing search needs ALWAYS demand our immediate time and attention.
